Well, compulsion is the ability for TVD vampires to control the minds of humans. Vampires cannot control other vampires (exception: originals compelling normal vamps), witches, or werewolves, because other supernatural beings are immune.
However, given the iffiness of this in RP, I figured it warranted a permission post, because this means that Caroline has the ability to: make people forget things, make people change their opinions, make people take actions they otherwise wouldn't, and make people dream things.
Below is a handy form! I'd be much obliged if you'd fill it out.
